Thank you for shopping at LoveItSew! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you’re in the right place. You have 30 calendar days to request consideration of a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Process
- To request a return, please email zoe@loveitsew.com.
We will help troubleshoot your issue, and are prepared to offer returns. This decision is made a on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of LoveItSew. Custom items are not eligible for returns. - If we decide on a return, we will notify you when we receive your item.
- After inspection, your return will be approved and a refund will be issued.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
